Damaged
In the rare event that your package is “Damaged” you’ll need to prove the fault was present when you received the item before 24hrs of the received date Please contact . ⁃ DollsArtistryCollection@gmail.com
Missing or wrong products
If you have received the wrong product or missing products you’ll need to prove the fault was present when you received the item before 24hrs of the received date .If any rare circumstances this does happen you should return the item in its original packaging , unused and untampered .In which case you will be liable for a refund . Stolen
In the event of a lost or stolen package please reach out to your local mailing services for more information and updates on your packages. Once the package leaves the warehouse we no longer have control of your parcel once it is shipped. However, will do our best to assist you with the information you may need to locate it .
Custom colouring
Custom colour wigs is a fully customized unit . As this is more time consuming you may need to allow more time for this to be processed. However, custom wigs are shipped immediately after completion , anywhere up to 4 weeks after your order was placed . We advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues.
⁃ We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on custom wig orders. 24 hours after your order is placed you cannot cancel your order.
⁃ You will receive photos of your customized wig via email. Please make sure it is to your liking or discuss any changes that you would like done to your wig before we ship out your order. Making changes to your wig may increase the turnaround time.
⁃ You may receive a full refund BEFORE your order has shipped. Unfortunately, custom wigs are not eligible for refunds/returns after your order has shipped.
Ready to ship orders ⁃ Ready to ship wigs are shipped between 2-5 business days within the UK .
Shipping & billing address
All orders require your shipping and billing address to match. Otherwise your order cannot be processed .
Pre orders
A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet available for purchase. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve an item and ensure they get it when it is released. Full payment is required up front for this purchase . Customers that are pre ordering shall be at the top of the priority list .
